- God’s goal in this warfare is to win the war.
- Jesus Christ has already won the victory.
- Our part in this warfare is to declare the victory of the Lord Jesus Christ over the all the forces of darkness in every situation. Declare the Word of the Lord in every situation in which the enemy is involved. The Lord will speak a word to us out of His Word concerning every situation. The Word of God is the sword of the Spirit and is an offensive weapon.
- Jesus Christ is the head of the church and all things have been placed under His feet. Because the head has already won the victory, the body which is in the head shares in the victory. Our Lord’s victory was our victory also.
- The army of God must hear and obey the instructions of the commander in chief.
